and orders cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned because of a "simple change of heart."
- Due to the habit of cats, which are territorial animals, we do not use products with the body odor of other cats, so products that are not defective cannot be exchanged or returned
- As it is a handmade product made of natural materials and handcrafted, the size or shape may differ slightly, and exchanges and returns are not possible.
2. Exchange and return available
- If there is a defect in the product, within 5 days from the date of receipt,
you can send us a picture of the defective product through 1:1 inquiry
If the defect is confirmed, we will remanufacture it and help you resend or refund
- In the case of incorrect delivery, we will exchange only unopened products upon receipt within 2 days
In case of exchange or return due to product defect or misdelivery, 'FluffyPet' will bear the shipping cost
However, if the 'Fluffy Pipette' is in a different condition from the consultation when receiving the returned product, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer
